I would stay again if issues are addressed and I was able to take a hot shower and have access to promises beach chairs up until sunset. When 50 feet away to the left of the building a plumber was working on the plumbing. When I said other people must be complaining about the no hot water, the front staff said there are no know water issues. Again, great location and staff but the place is dated and in need to repairs and better cleaning. An most of the beach lounges and day beds are broken, torn and dirty. The heated pool is cold, you get kicked off the beach lounge Chairs at 4pm 2 hours before sunset which is the highlight of the day. The location is incredible, the resort is beautiful, the rooms are dated, they could all use a deep cleaning. I was promised a refund and never received it and no one will address the overcharge. I had to cut my trip short 3 days to relocate due to building issues. They moved me to another room and still no HOT WATER. The staff was very friendly and tried to be accommodating. The first 2 nights I had no hot water or air conditioning. I had to cut my trip short due to no hot water fir showering.
